Every CVPR Main conference paper MUST have at least one registered author (this can be a student).

All workshops/short courses publishing with IEEE must have at least one registered author per paper (this can be a student).

All Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all workshops, all short courses, daily refreshment breaks, receptions on Monday and Tuesday, and one DVD copy of the proceedings.

One day workshop/short course Pass is only valid for one day (Saturday or Sunday or Thursday).

If you need a letter of invitation to apply for a US visa, please
send the following to Ginger Boult (cvpr09@vast.uccs.edu):

1) Your FULL name, including salutation (Mr, Ms, Mrs)
2) Your paper number
3) Whether you want a hard copy or a faxed version or an email document
4) Your Full mailing address or fax number or email address (as appropriate)
5) Registration Confirmation number for the conference:

We will not issue visa letters without confirmation that you have registered.

* Half year rates apply to new members only joining between March 1 and August 15.
