Please note that each demo is scheduled for a specific date and times, so be sure to remove your demo from its assigned location after the scheduled time in preparation for the next day's demo at that location.

Facilities |
The following will be provided at your demo location:
- poster board (8 feet wide x 4 feet tall)
- table (72 inches wide x 30 inches deep)
- 2 chairs
We regret that we cannot provide any equipment such as monitors, projectors, etc., so be sure to bring these if you require them.
The ceiling height is 7 feet 1 inch.

There will be wireless internet access in the Demo area.

Special Requirements |
|
Authors with special requirements should have received an email discussing the accommodations. If not, please contact the Demo Chairs as soon as possible.
