1. About Papers

1.1 Paper Length
The final Camera-Ready paper will be allowed within 8 pages. The draft papers (for review) follow the same rule (within 8 pages).

1.2 Color Figure
Color figures are allowed for review files and camera-ready files. But we don't guarantee that they will be color-printed on the final proceedings.

1.3 Format
Any tools or softwares can be used for making PDF files, if its format follows IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Format. You don't have to use Latex template if you want. For the microsoft word users, you can download the similar template from following links in IEEE.

1.4 Double Blinded
All reviewing will be double blind, so the papers must not include any information which allows the authors to be identified. For example, this will probably require that references to the author's previous work be left blank. This is not optional. Of course, author names and affiliations must be blanked.

1.5 Extra fee for publication
According to the contract with IEEE/CS Press, the pages for regular and poster paper is 6, and 2 extra pages are allowed. Charges for one extra page is $200.

2.1 Deadline
Any D/L extention is not scheduled so far.

2.2 My paper has been accepted for reviewing ?
We confirmed paper# 1-1242 has received for reviewing. Unfortunately, other papers will not be treated for reviewing process. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Others

3.1 What is 'JST' ?
'JST' means 'Japanese Standared Time'. It is +900 from UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

3.2 What is 'PST' ?
'PST' means 'Pacific Standard Time'. It is -8:00 from UTC.

3.2 'I cannot submit the abstract/papers because of the server error !!'
Before reporting for ICCV conference managers, please check your network configuration. On normal HTTP access, port 80 is used. But our submission systems, because of the systems configuration, we are using port 8088. Some of the firewall systems doesnt allow to access with this port. Please check your network settings or consult to your network administrators in the case.
