Submission Instructions: In the earlier version of CFP, it was stated that the submitted paper should not exceed 25 double-spaced pages. However, to be consistent with the format of the final camera ready papers, we now prefer authors to submit their papers in the IEEE 8.5" x 11" Two-Column Format with 10-12 point font (Template: DOC, LaTeX). All submissions should be in PDF Format. Each submission can have 8 pages plus up to 4 additional pages.
