Reservation

Please call the hotel directly at 949-476-2001 (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time) to make your reservation. To receive the contract rates, please identify yourself to be attending WECWIS 2002 Conference. All reservations should be made by June 4, 2002 at 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Early Arrival Rates

Guests arriving 3 days prior to or departing after the above dates, the same rates will be offered, base on room availability.

Transportation and Parking

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the John Wayne Airport (Orange County Airport, SNA) and has complimentary parking available.
Los Angeles International Airport/LAX: 45 miles, 60 minutes from Hotel, Shuttle Service @ $45 per person one way via local transportation companies.

Please note that the hotel check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. Guests are permitted to check in earlier or check out later subject to room availability.
