- Go to the Technical Committee Archives (TECA) login page via https://cima.computer.org/TECA_Login.htm.
On the right hand side of this page under the "Enter TECA" heading,
click on the "Log In" button. Enter your IEEE web user account name
and password in the login dialog window and click "OK."
- If your previous technical committee subscriptions have expired, you will be presented with an "Update" page.
Check the applicable boxes and click the Update button, and you will then be taken to your TECA home page.
- On the TECA home page you will find a panel titled "My TC Subscriptions."
Click on "Edit" in the header of this panel. A page will appear that
lists the Technical Committees that can be selected.
- Check the box for "TCSE - Technical Committee on Software Engineering"
and then click the "Update button at the bottom of the page.
- You will now be listed as a TCSE member.
