Technical
Achievement Awards
The IEEE VGTC Technical Awards program recognizes individuals who have made a significant contribution to the community through their research. Each year, the awards are presented during the opening sessions of the annual Visualization and Virtual Reality conferences.
The VGTC Technical Awards chair for Virtual Reality is Larry Hodges. VGTC members may
nominate individuals by contacting him at <lfhodges 'at'
uncc.edu>.
The VGTC Technical Awards chair for Visualization is Bill Lorensen. VGTC
members may nominate individuals by contacting him at
<vgtc-vis-awards 'at' ieee.org>.
