IEEE TCSVC Outstanding Leadership Award

This IEEE Technical Committee on Services Computing (TCSVC) award recognizes leadership contributions with impact beyond the services computing research community to Computer Science, Engineering and Education.

Annual call for nominations with award ceremony held at the annual IEEE World Congress on Services (ICWS/Cloud/SCC/BigData Congress/MS/SERVICES) are publicized through IEEE TCSVC social media channels.

Eligibility
|
- Qualified candidates exclude current officers of IEEE TCSVC and members of the IEEE TCSVC Awards Committee.
- The award is given in recognition of an individual researcher for her/his contributions in research, innovation, leadership and/or impact to services computing conferences, IEEE TCSVC, and/or the services computing community in general.

Nomination Process
|
- Anyone in the field can nominate one person. Self-nominations are not accepted.
- Nominations should include a proposed citation (up to 25 words) and a detailed statement to justify the nomination (500 words or less).
- Three supporting letters need be submitted upon request. The letters should address the significance of the contributions cited in the nomination with emphasis on the impact field(s).
- Nominations should be sent to the IEEE TCSVC Awards Committee Chair, appointed by the IEEE TCSVC Chair.
- Nominations that did not result in an award can be resubmitted or updated in subsequent years.
- The Awards Committee will evaluate all nominations and decide on zero or more winners.
