Introduction

The mission of the IEEE Electronics & the Environment Committee is stated concisely in the mission statement above. Yet the implementation of this mission includes a wide variety of activities including the dissemination of technical information via conferences and publications, educational efforts, participation in standards development, research recommendations, and advocacy coordination. All of these programs, and more, support our mission.
